When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days. Most orders (approximately 99%) are shipped within 3 working days. Some collections are handmade and may take 2–5 working days to reach the shipping carrier.

When Will I Receive My Order?
mwmart.com offers EXPRESS shipping to Europe and North America. All orders to these regions are shipped via DHL Express with tracking. Delivery times typically range from 4 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs will be shown during checkout. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email listing your items. When your order ships, you will get a shipping notification email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other unforeseen circumstances.

If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will leave a notification card with instructions for redelivery or parcel collection.

Which Carrier Delivers My Order?
All shipments are sent via DHL Express to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Will I Pay Shipping Charges?
Shipping charges depend on the size and value of your order and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

What If the Product I Want Is Out of Stock?
Since multiple customers can shop simultaneously, some products may sell out quickly. If an item in your order is out of stock, you will be notified via email with an estimated restock date.

If the item is unavailable within 4 to 10 days, you will be offered a refund for the unavailable product.


Customs & Missed Parcels

Customs and Duties
All orders ship from Dubai. For shipments to the USA, Canada, Europe, and the UK, customs fees are covered by mwmart.com, so you will not be charged additional customs duties.

For all other countries, customs fees and import duties may be charged upon delivery by your local customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for details before placing an order.

We are not responsible for parcels returned due to unpaid customs charges or failure to respond to customs or carrier requests. Any postal, return shipping, customs, or handling fees will be deducted from any refunds or exchanges.

Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails and you are not available to receive your package, the carrier will leave a notification card. After two delivery attempts, undelivered parcels may be returned to the local depot and, if uncollected, sent back to us. Refunds for returned parcels will exclude shipping fees and a processing charge.

Please provide a reliable delivery address where someone can receive your order, such as your home or workplace, as all deliveries require a signature.

Undelivered Items
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for final delivery. If your package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please allow up to 10 additional days before contacting us.

We will assist you in tracking your order and liaising with the carrier where possible.
